- Measure the room, access doors, floor condition and the required storage volume.
- Define shelf loads, media/item sizes and manual or powered operation.
- Agree rails, floor support, aisle width, anti-tip and user safety provisions.
- Review movement, aisle locking and maintenance access before approving the layout.
Materials, finish and order scope
Agree the steel construction, shelf/deck arrangement, reinforcement, surface treatment, colour and accessories for the use and environment. Required load per level and the heaviest individual item must be reviewed separately.Approval before manufacture: Final dimensions, load ratings, connections, stability, anchors and floor/support conditions require approval for the selected configuration.
